1/2Red onion
1/2Red Pepper
1/2Yellow Pepper
1/2Chili Pepper
400 gChopped Tomatoes
1/4 TeaspoonMixed herbs

Heat the oil over high heat. For the onion, peppers and chili for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and let it simmer for 3 minutes.

Scrape holes in the mixture for the eggs. Cover the frying pan and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, 'til the eggs are done.
