Put warm milk, warm water, sugar, olive oil and yeast in the mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add 100 g of flour, stir to combine. Cover for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add egg white, stir to combine. Add the remain flour. Stir to combine, then transfer to the knead board. Knead until smooth, shape into a ball. Cover until double in size.

Divide the dough into 12 parts and shape into a balls. Then roll in a circle. Rub thoroughly with soft butter. Put it on the plate and place the dough sheets on top of each other. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. After that roll it and cut into 12 pieces. Roll each like the picture. Cover for 20 minutes.

Egg brush before bake. You can Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or almond (optional) bake at 200 degrees celsius 20 minutes or until golden brown.
