Ingredients

3 peoples
  • 500 gmschicken into curry cut pieces
  • 2 tablespoonsginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoongreen chilli paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/2 cupgreen coconut's malai paste
  • 2 tablespoonspoppy seeds paste
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupwhite oil
  • 1 inchcinnamon, 2 small cardamoms, 2 cloves
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh cream

  1. 1

    Chicken should be washed well and drained with extra water. Now take the chicken in a pot and mix it with ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, green coconut malai paste, and poppy seeds paste, and cover it for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now fry cinnamon, small cardamom, and cloves in white oil in a pan for 20 seconds. Cover with pre-marinated chicken and cook over medium heat. If oil is released from the spices, mix it well with 1 cup of milk, reduce the flame of gas and cover it and cook till the chicken is cooked.

  3. 3

    When the chicken is cooked and the broth is reduced, mix it with fresh cream and Serve with roti/paratha/naan.
