I used to cook it because Chicken korma is my family's favorite. It is a gravy dish that is usually made with yogurt, lots of nuts and spices. It is the perfect dinner or party dish .

I used to cook it because Chicken korma is my family's favorite. It is a gravy dish that is usually made with yogurt, lots of nuts and spices. It is the perfect dinner or party dish .

Clean and wash the chicken well. Take all ingredients which are mention for marination,add in a mixing bowl.add chicken and mix well that spices coated well to all pieces. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Take grinding jar add peeled almonds,cashew and coconut piece.add little water and Grind to make a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl.
In the same jar add fried onion and 1/4 cup curd then coarsely grind them. - 3
Now take a kadhai add oil and heat it.add all whole spices and saute 30 seconds.add marinated chicken pieces one by one and fry them on high flame for 5-6 minutes.add all powder spices mention for gravy. Add the remaining marination. Add 3-4 tbsp water. Mix and cover, cooked on medium flame for 7-8 minutes. stir occasionally. When oil releases add the almonds cashew and coconut paste.mix and cook for 2 minutes.

When chicken turn tender and soft add the ground paste of onion and curd.mix and add 1 cup water.stir and cover, cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. The chicken korma is ready.

Dish out and Garnish with coriander leaves.serve with Naan or kulcha
