This eggplant or brinjal recipe is soo tempting that you will enjoy every bite of it and it's super easy and quick to make.

In a pan with 2 tbsp oil add the chopped brinjals and tomatoes cook until tendor once done off the flame. Allow it to cool a bit and then grind it with green chillies,garlic,a lot of coriander leaves, some cumin seeds,salt and lemon juice to make a fine paste.

Now in the same pan add oil when heated add cumin seed and heing(asafoetida) when the cumin seeds start spluttering add the grind paste it to and cook it till it start sticking to the pan it will take some where around 10-15 mins depending on the amount.

The more you cook the great the taste will be. Serve hot.
