Ingredients

  • 1 cupsooji, lightly roasted
  • 1.5 cupchopped veggies like carrot, french beans tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1 inchginger chopped
  • 1green chilli chopp
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1 handfulcurry leaves
  • 1 Tspchana and urad daal
  • 1/2 Tspponch phutan
  • 1 pinchhing powder
  • 1 pinchturmeric pow
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 Tspcoconut oil
  • 1 Tsplemon juice
  • 2.5 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add ponch phutan and allow to splutter. Then add dals, green chillies, dry red chilli, hing powder, ginger and onion.

    Saute on low flame till they become aromatic.

    Now add the blanched veggies, salt and turmeric powder. Saute for a minute and mix 2.5 cup of water. Allow to boil.

    Slow down the flame and allow to sooji to mix well with veggies. Mix the lemon juice also.
