My last year creation for mother's day
I made 7 CUPCAKES for my 4 mother-in-laws and 3 for kids and decorated it as flower bouquet

I made 7 CUPCAKES for my 4 mother-in-laws and 3 for kids and decorated it as flower bouquet

Steps

First make mango pulp, by adding mango sugar and oil in a jar. Blend to smooth. Pour into a deep bowl.

Now sieve maida, BAKING soda and baking powder together.

Add both mixtures together and mix it well.
Now add milk and vinegar. - 4
Grease tin with oil and place butter paper on it.

Pour the batter in the tin.
Tap twice to avoid bubbles in between. - 6
Bake in preheated oven or convection microwave oven for 25-30 mints @160°

The cake is ready
You can make this in CUPCAKES also with same measurement but timing will be 12-15 mints only. - 8
For decoration -
Beat whipped cream until smooth peaks. - 9
Take rose nozzel and fill the piping bag and decorate it.

For stem, use fondant.
Add 1tsp cornflour to fondant and make small balls from it. - 11
Now roll the balls on flat platform to make long stems.

And the cupcakes bouquet is ready
