Aata pancake

Kids love pancakes and adults too...instead of maida, I mostly use whole wheat flour to make pancakes. A nice, easy to make breakfast option.

Kids love pancakes and adults too...instead of maida, I mostly use whole wheat flour to make pancakes. A nice, easy to make breakfast option.
Steps
- 1
Take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
- 2
Add sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, and baking powder to it.
- 3
Now add milk in batches and mix well with a whisker. Keep adding milk until you get the proper consistency with no lumps. It shouldn't be too runny, a thick consistency that is spreadable is required
- 4
Take a nonstick pan and heat it, and apply a little ghee to it.
- 5
Take a ladleful of pancake mixture and pour it onto the pan.
- 6
Cover the lid and cook on a low medium flame for about a minute. When it starts to get bubbles then turn and cook it for another minute.
- 7
Your pancakes are ready. The above quantity makes 6-7 pancakes. Enjoy with honey or maple syrup. Also works best with Nutella or chocolate syrup.
