In a blender, combine the marinade ingredients until you have a thick mixture. Place the steaks, chicken, or pork in a baking dish, pour the mixture over them, cover with aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight until ready to cook the next day.

(When you take it out of the fridge, add 2 cups of water, cover again with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes covered. After half an hour, remove the foil, flip the steaks, and continue baking for about another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) with the heat on both top and bottom!)
