Presenting a flavourful and absolutely delicious fish curry which is CURD based along with few spices.
Steps

Marinade fish with salt + turmeric and keep in rest for 10 - 15 minutes.

Assemble other ingredients.
Make a smooth paste of onion + ginger + garlic + green chili + tomato + 2 tbsp water and make a smooth paste. - 3
Add salt + sugar + cumin powder + red chili powder + turmeric powder to curd and whisk well.

Fry marinated fish till golden brown and keep aside.

In a moderately heated pan add oil, add all whole spices and sauté for a few seconds till spices turn aromatic. Then add onion paste and + little salt and stir fry till water evaporates and spices start leaving oil. It takes around 3-4 minutes.

Then add the curd mixture along with water and cook by stirring for 4-5 minutes under medium flame. Add Garam Masala at this stage and check for salt also.

Then add fish pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes, lastly add ghee, mix well and keep in standby mode for 1-2 minutes.

Curd Fish is ready. Serve with hot steamed rice.
