You can find the pizza dough recipe on Cookpad, where there are options for every taste. I'm suggesting the topping. I know mayonnaise might not convince you, I thought the same, but I guarantee it's an exceptional match with mozzarella 😋

Slice the tomatoes thinly. Season them with olive oil and oregano.

Here's the process: once the pizza is formed, spread generous spoonfuls of tomato sauce over the entire surface, season with salt, and bake.

As soon as the pizza is cooked, take it out and spread a generous amount of mayonnaise (otherwise the heat of the pizza would dry it out too much), place the tomato slices and mozzarella slices on top, and sprinkle with plenty of oregano.

Note: Do not put it back in the oven, so make sure the pizza is fully cooked before doing this.
