Take a bowl add curd, oil, powdered sugar, and vinegar and mix it well with the help of a whisk.

Then add the sieved dry ingredients, maida, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, and corn starch, to the mixture and mix it well.

Now add vanilla essence and tutti frutti and mix it properly, cake batter is ready.

Grease a cake pot and pour the batter evenly and tap it.

Preheat the vessel with salt for 10 minutes, place the cake pot and cover and bake for about 35-40 minutes on low flame.

Once the cake cools down decorate the cake with fresh fruits.
