Take a bowl add Chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, lemon juice

Soy sauce and mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

Take a pan add marinated chicken and water and cook for 20 minutes until the chicken is soft and sherd the chicken.

When the water is dried turn off the flame and cool down the shredded chicken completely.

Boil and mash the potatoes.

Add all dry spices and coriander leaves and mix well.

Add shredded chicken, cornflour and mix well.

Make the round shape kabab and freeze in a freezer overnight.
Fry when needed. - 9
Pre heat the oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the Kabab. Flame should be medium high.

Serve hot with any sauce or chutney.
