Steps

Boil the chicken pieces in the ginger/garlic/tumeric paste/salt to taste for about 15min

Drain all the remaining broth and let the chicken dry for about 2min

In plate 1 Beat 4eggs in a and put bread crumbs in plate 2

Cover each chicken piece with bread crumbs then roll in the egg paste and cover with the bread crumbs again....

Follow the step in no 4 to all the pieces then deep fry all the pieces to golden brown.

Serve with the stew of your choice
This was just a trial I will keep on practicing till nifike kiwango ya KFC. - 7
