Ingredients

  1. 1/2chicken
  2. cooking oil
  3. salt to season
  4. black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the chicken to make it tender.

    Preheat the cooking oil.

  3. 3

    When the boiled chicken is ready, drain the soup which may be used as a sauce.

    Sprinkle black pepper evenly on the chicken.

  5. 5

    Deep fry the chicken in the oil until brown.

  6. 6

    When it is ready, can be served with rice.
