Stuffed Zucchini (Boiled)

Cut the zucchini, clean them, and boil until tender.

Drain and scoop out the centers. Set aside while you prepare the filling.

Pour a little oil into a pot and heat. Sauté the onion until golden.

Add the bell pepper and ground beef, mix, and cook.

Season to taste.

Stuff the zucchini with the filling.

Make the white sauce: Pour a little oil into a pot and heat. Add flour to form a crumbly mixture, then gradually add milk, stirring, until a soft, not too thick, white sauce forms. Add salt, pepper, and grated cheese to taste.

Pour the sauce over the stuffed zucchini and bake for 30 minutes.
