Raw Mango curry

Boil the Mango pieces in Pressure cooker (1 whistle) & drain the water by help of strainer. In another frying pan, roast fennel seeds & 2 dried red chilli. Grind it in mixer grinder. Keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai & add fennel seeds.Then add boiled Mango & shallow fry it. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & fry it.

Add water & sugar. Cover & Cook it for 5 minutes.Then add fried masala powder in it. Now Curry is ready to serve with Roti or Paratha.
