Egusi soup
Steps

Wash and cook your pomo separately until tender then

Wash and cut your onions and blend together with egusi seed until it forms a paste

Put your oil in a pot and pour your pepper mixture into the palm oil and cook for 5min

Next, add your crayfish and pomo into the pepper mixture

Add little water, seasonings and allow it to cook for 15minutes
- 6
Now scoop little bit of your onions and egusi paste into the pot, do not stir the mixture just cover the pot and allow to cook for 10min

Next add your ugu leaves, mix together and allow to cook for 5min

Egusi soup is now ready, serve with Eba, Semo,Pounded yam or even rice.
