Steps

Washed moong, soak for 4-5 hrs and then keep it for sprouting.

Now grind this sprout, ginger garlic, and chili into a coarse mixture. Mix other ingredients except for oil and sauce.

Grease the pot and pour the mixture, and cover with a lid.

Check if it is golden brown then turn it and press with a spoon. And again roast till golden brown.

Now serve with sauce or chutney. Healthy yummy and an easy snack ready to Serve.
