Oats and vegetables mini uttapam
Steps

Take oats and blend to make a powder.
Take a bowl combine suji,oats powder.curd, red chilli powder and salt and mix well, - 2
Make a smooth batter with the help of water, keep aside for 30 mins
Finely chop the all vegetables - 3
Heat non-stick pan and grease with oil and spread one spoon batter.
Lower the heat put some veggies over the uttapam - 4
Flip it when done on one side.
Garnish with grated paneer and serve hot with green chutney and sauce
