Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssoaked moong dal
  2. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspCumin
  4. 1 tbspChilli flakes
  5. as requiredGreen chillies few chopped
  6. as per requirementSalt to taste
  7. as per requirementOil for frying
  8. 1 pinchHing
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Take a grinding jar strain all water from dal and add it to grinding jar, cumin and pinch of hing and grind it to a coursely batter

  2. 2

    Now add ginger garlic paste red Chilli flakes salt and 2-3 spoons of warm oil to this dal batter mix it well till this mixture become very light

  3. 3

    Now Heat oil in kadai and make pakodas fry this for heigh flame for five mins then slow the flame until it become brown and crispy from outside your pakodas are ready serve it with green chutney
