Ingredients

  1. 2 medium sizedavocado
  2. 2roasted garlic
  3. 2 tbspTahini
  4. 1/4 cupchickpeas
  5. As RequiredSpices
  6. 2 tspRed chill flakes
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1 tbspOlive oil
  10. 1 tbspVinegar
  11. 2 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Add chickpeas, garlic, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, spices, and the peeled and pitted avocado to a food processor/blender.

    Blend until a purée is formed. If the mixture is too thick, add the ice cubes and a splash of ice-cold water and blend again. This will help it get nice and smooth.

    Serve it with lavash or falafel or pita bread and falafel or with pi.
