Bottle gourd 1kg
150 gmSugar
2 tbsp Ghee
1 cupmilk
2 tbsp fresh cream
as per requirementCardamom powder,Grated Pista and Almond

Take the bottle guard peel and grate.

Take a wok and put ghee into it then add grated bottle guard and cover it till it becomes soft.

Then add sugar, cream,Milk and cardamom powder and saute it for 5 minutes.

Ready to serve garnish it with almond and pistachio.
