My husband made this on his day off after a great cruise, where he could take a day of vacay, and I needed to catch up at work.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.

Use a fork or small whisk, or fork to blend the ingredients. Feel free to adjust to your taste.

You can store the vinagrette for a few days in the fridge, just give it a bit to warm to room temp (maybe a 30 sec microwave or less) and whisk it again to emulsifey (sp) the dressing.
