Ingredients

20-30 Mins
2-4 servings
  • .5 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsvinegar (white wine vinegar, but experiment feel free!)
  • 1 TbspDijon Mustard
  • 1 TbspMaple Syrup or honey
  • 1.5 Tspminced garlic1/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper

Steps

20-30 Mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.

  2. 2

    Use a fork or small whisk, or fork to blend the ingredients. Feel free to adjust to your taste.

  3. 3

    You can store the vinagrette for a few days in the fridge, just give it a bit to warm to room temp (maybe a 30 sec microwave or less) and whisk it again to emulsifey (sp) the dressing.
