Mix all dry ingredients all purpose flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl

Whisk milk,egg and cooking oil together until all combine

Add the mixture to the dry ingredients,Mix well to a slightly thick batter

Heat your pan on medium heat

Pour a little at a time and let each side Cook for 2½ minutes

Serve with your favourite beverage.
