Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350°

Grease bottoms of 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2"x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2"

Mix sugar and butter in large bowl, then stir in eggs until well blended

Add bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla and beat until smooth
- 5
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt, just until moistened, and stir in the nuts

Pour into pans

Bake loaves about 1hr or until tooth pick inserted in center of pan comes out clean

Let cool ten minutes
- 9
Loosen sides of loaves from pans, remove and place top up on wrote cooling rack
