Ingredients

  • 1 bagbaby spinach
  • dressing:
  • 2 TBolive oil
  • 1 TBsugar
  • 1 TBsoy sauce
  • 1 TBrice vinegar
  • crunch:
  • 1 tspGrapeseed oil
  • 1/2 packageRamen noodles
  • 1/2 cslivered almonds
  • 1/4 csesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ingredients for the dressing together

  2. 2

    Heat up the tsp of olive oil on a medium sized pan

  3. 3

    Add in ingredients for the crunch and toast until golden brown

  4. 4

    Mix the crunch with the spinach and add in the dressing

  5. 5

    Enjoy this delicious salad!
