Earn the ghee in a pan, and toast the nuts and raisins until they turn golden brown. Remove from pan and in that pan now add vermicelli and stir until it turns light brown. Remove vermicelli from pan.

Now add roughly chopped dates to that pan. Saute for 1 minute. Now add milk. Bring to simmer. Simmer around for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Now add vermicelli to it. Mix well and simmer for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Now add roughly chopped nuts and raisins. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir well. Now add soaked saffron in milk, and cardamom powder. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Now sheer korma is ready. Transfer to the serving bowl then serves hot. You can also serve chilled sheer Korma. Serve by topping some dried rose petals (optional). It's up to you how you prefer to take it.
