In a pot heat the veg oil, mix the tomato paste with small quantity amount of water, when the oil heat add the mixture of tomato paste into the veg.

When the tomato have fry for a little bit add the slice onion and continue frying fry for a little bit and add the blended assorted pepper and fry for a few minutes

Add the spices and water allow the water to boil and add the washed rice allow to cook until properly done to your satisfaction, jollof rice is ready to serve🥰🤤😋🍚

For the fish seasoning with Maggi and spices with salt and fry in hot oil until done
