Ingredients

  1. 1 cupplain oats
  2. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupchopped jaggery
  4. 50 gmdark chocolate compound
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 cupwalnuts
  8. 1/2 cupAlmonds
  9. 1/2 cupcashews
  10. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts
  11. 1/2 cupchopped dry dates
  12. As neededmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl

    Add wheat flour,oats and all chopped nuts

  3. 3

    Now heat a pan

  4. 4

    Add oil, butter and jaggery

  5. 5

    Heat till jaggery melts

  6. 6

    Now add chopped dark chocolate compound

  7. 7

    Cook for 1/2 min till Chocolate melts

  8. 8

    Now pour this mixture on nut and oats

  9. 9

    Mix everything well

  10. 10

    Add milk gradually as needed

    Mixture should not be completely like dough

    Grease the mould and place the butter paper at the bottom,transfer this mixture in greased mould

    Level it

    Bake for 20min on 180° in preheated oven

    When it is still warm, give the shape of bars

    Flip into a plate

    Remove butter paper

  18. 18

    Protein bars or granola bars are ready to serve
