My children's favourite lunch meal combo.
Whenever it's Purnima/ Aamvasya dates as we don't eat green vegetables or potatoes, onions hence I prepared sweets dishes for Lunch meal.

Steps

In cooking pan add heat ghee. Add crushed wheat rawa sev and roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

On other gas flame keep water for boiling.

After 4-5 minutes add sugar to roasted wheat rawa sev. Mix well. Add boiled water and cook on low flame till sev is soften and water is absorbed.

Add cardamoms powder. Mix well and off the flame. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio flajes.

Serve Delicious Meethi Seviyan with fried fryums in your kids Lunch Box.
