In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, besan and add grated & squeezed bottle gourd.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, sesame seeds, ajwain, curd and coriander leaves.

Add some oil and knead the dough. Take some portion of the dough and flatten it. Dust it with flour and roll it into a roti.

Roast this roti on a pan and Theplas are ready.

Serve with curd or Aachar.
