  4. 3 spoonAdrak lehsan paste
  5. 4Green chillies
  6. 2 spoonRed chilli
  7. 1 and half spoonSalt
  8. 1 spoonHaldi
  9. 1 spoonDhaniya powder
  10. 2 spoonSpecial masala
  11. 1 spoonGaram masala

    Pahly wash kar lein or ek bowl mein pani mein rakh kar flame per rakh dein.

    Jab boil ah jaye tu oper sy jaag utar dein or boil achi tarah any dein phir basket mein drain kar lein

  3. 3

    Phir handi mein paste add kry pyaz tamator or adrak lehson ka or 1 cup oil or spice or achi targa bhonay

  4. 4

    Phir kalaiji add kry or bhonay achi tarah. 2 glass pani add kry or cooker laga dein 10 minutes k liye.

  5. 5

    Cooker open kry or achi tarha phir bhonay jab pani dry ho jaye tu naan k sath khay.enjoy it
