Traditional popular delicious evergreen savoury snacks from South Indian cuisine..Idli.
Idli batter prepared from idli rawa and urad dal.

Steps

Add salt to idli batter. Mix gently. Grease idli moulds.

Add few pieces of each chopped bell peppers and capsicum pieces as shown in each cavity of idli moulds. On it pour laddleful of idli batter. Similarly prepare all idli plates.

Place idli stand in Idli Steamer or pressure cooker (without whistle).
Steam cook for 10-12 minutes. Let the steam escape before opening the cooker lid. Gently demould idlis. - 4
Serve Delicious Nutritious Bell Pepper Idlis with coconut chutney and sambhar.

Here I used ready available idli batter made from idli rawa + urad dal.
For making at home..use this ingredients- measurements.. to prepare idli batter.
2 cups of idli rawa + 1 cup whole white urad/dal +1 tbsp fenugreek.
