Pound the shallots, garlic, and cilantro roots until fine. Add the ground pork and season with palm sugar, fish sauce, and chili powder. Pound until well combined.

Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Once hot, add the pounded mixture and stir-fry until well mixed. Add water and continue to stir-fry until the water slightly reduces.

Once done, transfer to a serving dish and serve with your choice of fresh vegetables.
