Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 3 packetsOreo biscuits
  • 5 tbspmelted butter
  • 150 gcream cheese
  • 100 gwhipping cream
  • 50 gicing sugar

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Crush oreo biscuits and mix with melted butter

    Put this biscuit mixture in base of a cupcake liner and press firmly and freeze for 10 minutes

    Mix together icing sugar, cream cheese and whipping cream

    Pour the creamcheese mixture into the liners and freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight

    Top up with some oreo crumbs or chocolate shavings as per choice. Serve chilled
