In pan add chop vegetables 🥒 potatoes 🥔carrot capsicum and peas add water and boil them then mash with hand masher

For pao bhaji masala dry roast all the ingredients on tawa and blend coarsely

Another pan add oil chop onion and ginger garlic paste and bhonfy then add tomatoes 🍅 add pao bhaji masala and bhonfy then add mashed vegetables 🥒 and cook

At last add qasoori methi and garam masala powder garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves 🍃 and on top add butter serve with pao

Serve the butter toasted pao with the dish
