Today I have made tasty delicious crispy snacks sabudana Vada.
Steps

Wash the sabudana 4-5 times and soaked in minimum water, overnight or 6-7 hours.

Take a bowl add soaked sabudana and all ingredients except oil and mix it properly well and make a dough.

Take a small portion of the dough and make a ball then flate it as shown in fig.

Now heat oil in a kadai put the vada and fry on medium hot oil until the golden brown and crispy on the both sides, and take out on the absorbent paper.

Sabudana Vada is ready. Serve with chatni or sauce.
