Soak saboodana for 3 to 5 hours.
Take saboodana in a pan and add 1 glass of water boil it till it becomes looks transparent and thick. - 2
Add milk to it.

After the saboodana and milk get boiled properly add sugar and kesar in it.

After sugar melts through turn off the gas.

Add some dry fruits and cardamom powder to it as required.

For chilling, keep it frozen.

Serve it.
