1whole egg
50 mlfull cream milk
minced garlic
150 mlvegetable oil (optional)
lemon or lime
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchsugar (to taste)

Mix egg and milk with mixer.

Add garlic, sugar and salt

Put vegetable oil little by little, after that add extract lime or lemon

Put mayo in the fridge
