Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppasta
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tbspchopped mint leaves
  7. 1carrot
  8. 1potato
  9. 8beans
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 4cardamom
  12. 4cloves
  13. 2 cupcoconut milk
  14. 2 cupwater
  15. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  16. 1 tspchilli powder
  17. 1 tspcumin powder(homemade curry powder)
  18. as required Salt
  19. 2 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and heat it and pour oil in it. Heat oil add glove, cardamom, and onion and stir fry to turn into golden brown. next, add ginger, and garlic paste and fry till it turns the smell of ginger garlic paste.

    Next add tomato,mint leaf, coriander leaf, chilli fry it.

    Then add all spices one by one turmeric, chilli powder, curry power, and fry it.

    Turn the spices aroma and put in all chopped vegetables and pasta. Then add 2 cups of coconut milk and two cups of water and salt into it. close the pressure cooker. slow the medium heat, and let the cooker make six whistles. Turn off the heat. After 5 minutes open the cooker.
