Nashik ka Pav Vada

Usually hot batata Vada is placed in slit pav spice with dry garlic chutney and green chutney.
Here Batata Vada filling is stuffed in pav ( bread) and dipped in besan batter and deep fry in hot oil and serve with dry garlic chutney and fried green chilli.

Here Batata Vada filling is stuffed in pav ( bread) and dipped in besan batter and deep fry in hot oil and serve with dry garlic chutney and fried green chilli.
Steps

In a mixing bowl add mashed potato, salt green chili ginger garlic paste, chopped green coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt.

In small tadka pan add heat oil. Add mustard seeds cumin seeds as spluttering add asafoetida, and turmeric powder. Pour it into the mashed potatoes mixture. Mix well. Make equal size 2-3 flattened balls.

In another mixing bowl add besan, salt, and soda bicarb. Add little water and make pakora batter. Whisk with hand for a few minutes till a smooth batter is obtained.

Heat oil for frying.
First fry green chili. Keep aside.
Slit pav up to 3/4 part. Place prepared spicy potato stuffing in it.
Dip in prepared besan batter. Gently drop in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden. Similarly, prepare all. - 5
Serve / Relish Delicious Hot Nashik ka Pav Vada with fried green chilies and dry garlic chutney.
