Wash & soak rajma over night. Pressure cook the rajma with salt & water for 20 mints. Then strain it & rest it.

Heat a pan add refined oil put chop onion& saute it till it becomes golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste & saute for 2-3 minutes. Then simmer the flame add curd& continuously stir. Now add tomato puree & all spices stir continuously till oil comes to the edge of the pan.

Add boiled rajma, & cook for 15 minutes. After 2 mins add salt & cook for another 15 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves& gram masala and serve it with rice or roti.
