This is a simple Maharashtrian curry. It is made with yoghurt and gram flour.
Steps

First take a blender jar

Add coriander leaves and 2 green chilies

Grind coarsely

Now in the same jar, add curd and gram flour also add salt and turmeric powder

Blend for 30 seconds and keep aside

Now heat oil in a kadhai or pan

Add mustard seeds and cumin

Once it starts crackling add chopped onion and chopped green chilies

Saute till it becomes translucent

Now add ready batter of curd and gram flour

Add 1/2 cup of water to adjust the consistency

Mix everything well and cook for 8-10min on low flame

Now turn off the flame, sprinkle coriander leaves

Serve hot Dahi pithal with hot chapati (flatbread)
