  1. 2potatoes boiled ,peeled and mashed
  2. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  3. 2green chilies
  4. 2flakes garlic
  5. As Per TasteSalt
  6. 1/4 cupbesan
  7. 1 teaspoon rice flour
  8. 2 pinchesturmeric powder
  9. 1 pinchcooking soda
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. 1 teaspoon oil
  12. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  13. Few curry leaves
  14. 2 spoonsred garlic chutney
  15. 2 spoonsgreen chutney
  16. As RequiredOil for deep frying
  17. As requiredLadi pav

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up oil in a pan add mustard seeds mashed potatoes curry leaves chopped garlic pods green chilli green coriander leaves chopped mix well add salt.

    For batter in a bowl add gram flour add rice flour salt turmeric powder baking powder water make a little thick batter

    From the potatoes mixture make balls flatten it deep in besan batter deep fry in hot oil.

    Take pav spread both chutneys put potato vada serve with green fried chilli.
