This recipe is made with pork, fried with french spinach, spices and serve with hot naan.

Marinade the pork pieces with salt, meat tenderiser mix well, marinate for 30 mins.

Heat wok, add oil, cumin seeds,when it's start to crackle, add chopped onions, cook until golden, add chopped green chillies and mix.

Add marinate pork pieces, cook with onions, until all the liquid is died out, add ginger-garlic paste mix well.

Mix tomato puree, tomato paste, green chillies paste and mix, add in meat and cook for 1 mins, add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chillies powder, salt, korma masala,coriander& cumin powder mix, cook until oil comes out.

Add spinach puree and cook on slow flame, when oil comes out, add water and let it boil, cook until gravy is thick serve hot, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, ginger Juliannes.

Serve with: plain 🍚 rice, naan, bread slices, traditional tomato pickle.
