Rabri is the thick form of creamy milk. Even it is full of fat & high calories, but much liked & popular traditional sweet dish. So many flavours are in Rabri. Milk, sugar, flavour & lots of dry fruits make a delicious combination, that known as rabri. It serve chilled with falooda, malpua, jalabi & gulab jammun or simple rabri. Here I tried to make chocolate 🍫 flavour rabri, result become amazing.

Milk, sugar, flavour & lots of dry fruits make a delicious combination, that known as rabri. It serve chilled with falooda, malpua, jalabi & gulab jammun or simple rabri. Here I tried to make chocolate 🍫 flavour rabri, result become amazing.

Boil milk, add milk powder, in a heavy bottom pan. Stir it continues. When it starts become thick, add bread crums in it.

When it turns into proper thick consistency, add chooped chocolate. Keep stirring continous, to avoid lumps.

I don't use sugar, because chocolate & milk powder has sufficient sugar. Keep it aside for cool. Add half of quantity of dry fruits in rabri.

Keep it in freezer for half an hour. When serve garnish with leftover dry fruits. Yummy delicious dessert is ready for rakhi.
