Wash the bell peppers and remove the tops and seeds.

Chop the red onion, squeeze the lemon juice, and add the breadcrumbs. Slice the olives and add them along with the pine nuts, paprika, and olive oil.

Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and bake in a conventional oven for 30-40 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
