Apple smoothie can be served in breakfast, along with kid's food stuff and is beneficial for all family members🤗.
Steps

Peel the apple 🍎 into halves, remove the core, cut apple into small cubes, it will help you in blending quickly.

Add apple 🍎cubes and almond powder in a blender jar,add 🥛 milk, plain yoghurt and 🍯 honey/ sugar, cinnamon powder.

Blend until smooth, check if there are no chunks of fruit in the blended mixture, lf there is blender again.

Pour smoothie into chilled serving glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve immediately.

Tip: if you like more nuts, you can add them.
