Wash the sabudana well and soak it in water for overnight.

Take the sabudana in a bowl.

Add mashed potato, varai flour,roasted peanut powder, green chili paste and salt.

Mix well. Make dough out of it. Make small vadas from the dough.

Heat oil in a pan. When oil is enough hot, put the vadas in it.

Fry until the vadas are golden in colour.

Remove the vadas in a plate.You can serve these with upawasachi chutney.
